The complex consists of three buildings with an internal atrium and courtyards that communicate with the square in front of the building. The buildings are connected through glassed corridors. The complex consists of retail in the ground floors, office spaces in all other levels with an underground parking with space for 250 cars.
The strong presence of the neoclassical buildings in Hania as well as the proximity to the Prefecture building affected the morphology of the volumes and the facades. The complex is designed with a modern approach and modern materials. The facades are formed in three horizontal sections with different type of openings and typical features of the neoclassical buildings. Priority was given to sustainable design.
